Beautiful.Me has a 7 business day return policy upon receipt of order by the customer for defective, expired and incorrectly delivered items, subject to the following terms & conditions:
Item must be unopened and in its original product packaging; unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
Due to safety & hygiene reasons, there will be no returns & exchanges for beauty, body, health & baby products once packaging or product has been opened
All returns will be reviewed by Beautiful.Me and we reserve the right to perform remedies including:
Replacing the product with a new item of the same design and model or Full refund in store credits
