What is My Beauty Bank?
My Beauty Bank is Beautiful.Me’s Rewards Program designed for members to enjoy additional perks on top of low prices, special promotions & free delivery!
How do I earn Beauty Coins & what can I use them for?
Members receive 1 Beauty Coin for every $1 spent on merchandise purchases on Beautiful.Me
100 Beauty Coins are equivalent to $1 which can be offset against purchases, redeemed for samples or full size products.
Are new members entitled to Beauty Coins & is there a difference between Free, Trial & Premium Memberships?
All new members enjoy a bonus of 50 Beauty Coins if they opt to receive Beautiful.Me’s newsletter upon sign up.
For Free & Trial Members, the Beauty Coins cannot be used until upgrading to a Premium Membership. We do however keep the Beauty Coins in your Beauty Bank until you’re ready to become a Premium Member.
How else can I earn Beauty Coins or get paid to shop?
Instead of investing in costly advertising, we incentivise members to help us spread the word by issuing Beauty Coins.
Currently, members earn i)10 Beauty Coins when Share a product/purchase with friends & family via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest or Email.
We’ll be rolling out more ways for members to earn Beauty Coins so stay tuned.
Is there a limit on how many Beauty Coins I can earn?
There is no limit to the number of Beauty Coins you can earn from purchases, however there is an expiry of 1 year from the date you earn the Beauty coins from your purchases.
Are Beauty Coins transferrable?
YES! At Beautiful.Me sharing is caring and we encourage our members to share their Beauty Coins with their family & friends! You can do this in “My Account” under “My Beauty Balance”.
Where can I check My Beauty Bank balance?
Sign into your account on Beautiful.Me and click on the “My Beauty Bank” icon on the right scrolling bar to see your current Beauty Coin balance.
To see the details behind your Beauty Coins, please sign in, go to “My Account” and under “My Beauty Bank”, you’ll find the full history listed there.
How do I use / redeem My Beauty Coins?
After you’ve added your items to “My Shoppink Bag” and proceeded to Checkout, look for “Redeem Your Coins” below “Summary”. It will show your current Beauty Coin balance and how many you’ll earn for the new purchase.
You can opt to use all your Beauty Coins by selecting “Maximum” or use the slider to choose how many Beauty Coins you would like to use for this purchase and save the rest for future purchases.
Can I return My Beauty Coins or exchange them for cash?
Unfortunately, Beauty Coins may not be returned or exchanged for cash.
